It depends on how much of your current configuration is an asset versus a liability. We run a structured assessment — process fit, custom-code analysis, data quality — and recommend the path with the best risk-adjusted business case. We have delivered all three.
Do you work within RISE with SAP?
Yes. We guide customers to S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition in alignment with the RISE methodology, and we advise independently on whether RISE commercial terms fit your situation before you sign.
Can you take over a program that's already in trouble?
Yes — mid-program recovery is a common engagement. A senior principal runs a rapid assessment of scope, plan, and team, then we either stabilize alongside your current SI or restructure delivery. You'll know what's actually at stake within weeks, not quarters.
Who actually staffs the project?
The people you meet. Engagements are led by consultants with 25+ years of experience who stay from advisory through execution. We don't rotate teams mid-engagement or substitute junior staff after the contract is signed.
What happens after go-live?
Hypercare and stabilization first, then a run organization built around your team — with our application management services (AMS) available for continuous optimization. The delivery team doesn't disappear at cutover.
